REFUND POLICY

Our products are all downloadable and fully functional. None of our software requires registration
to enable its primary functionaity.

If you purchase one of our software packages, after your payment has cleared,
you will imediately be directed to the correct download page for access.
If required an email will be sent to you with the registration information and password
to gain entrance to the software area. Once access has been granted to you,
there will be no refunds given. However we will be happy to ship out replacements for defective products, or
extend download times to ensure every effort has been made to insure delivery to your satisfaction.
We hvae an extensive testing lab where we verify our products work with XP, Vista, and Win 7 platforms.
If problems are found we can typicaly have a fix within 48hrs depending on the issue and how quickly we can
reproduce the problem.
We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software.
With a traditional retail purchase, you are able to return a physical product.


Our support staff is available to assist in installation and configuration via email, and if necessary,
limited telephone support is offered (in addition to our variety of online support options).
